Clemencia treated launching her podcast the same as starting any regular marketing campaign.

She looked at the competition, specifically their quality and production style.

Finally, she considered the different options for the format, interview-based, scripted, or conversational?

By treating the launch like a marketing campaign, she was able to learn about her audience and shape her podcast to meet the demand.
