Every year MassEcon presents their Economic Impact Awards. This year, MassEcon celebrated Massachusetts’ corporate heroes that were instrumental in the response to the Covid pandemic.
This year’s Economic Impact Awards were held virtually for the first time. MassEcon still wanted to celebrate and recognize these corporate heroes despite not being able to hold an attended event. We came together to find an alternative to an in-person awards ceremony while still highlighting the recipients in a meaningful and impactful way.
We created different regional videos that detailed each award winner’s story and also this overall summary video: Massachusetts- Resplendent and Resilient. This video features representatives stories from Thermo Fisher Scientific, Quest Diagnostics, Massachusetts Life Sciences SupplyHub, The Kraft Group, Insulet, FLEXcon, Contollo Mass Manufacturing, Boyd Technologies, Batten Brothers and AIS. It shows the groundbreaking, innovative work these companies performed while pivoting through the pandemic and shines a light on all the good they have done for the state of Massachusetts and its residents.
