With COVID-19 providing a reason for people to rethink their living situation, many cities have been greatly affected. New York City has seen many of its residents looking for alternatives. Building and Land Technology (BLT), a Stamford, CT based real estate development company wanted to create a commercial promoting Stamford as a great option.

We worked with BLT to produce this 30-second spot in a matter of 6 days to meet a tight deadline so that it could air during the US Open tennis tournament.

We wrote a script that uses bold titles along with some great photos and video that was previously shot to sell Stamford. While we usually work on much longer timelines, it was a fun rush to get this spot ready in time, and we were able to produce a piece that we’re proud of.
