On today’s IHAQ, we welcomed Freddie Tressler from TRACS, a sports marketing, and event management firm, to ask which of his social media posts have created the most engagement.

Freddie finds the most engagement with user-submitted content. After an event, TRACS asks users to send in their photos from the race and shares them on their social media. It can be as simple as an Instagram story, a photo collage, or a series of posts recapping the user experience.

Making it about the user and their experience with your product/service will lead to more engagement. They will feel more invested and be more likely to share, comment, and spread the word.
