Inner City Weightlifting is a non-profit organization that leverages personal training and the gym to support people impacted by mass incarceration, systemic racism, and street violence. We had the privilege of working with ICW to create an overview video that showcases their organization and the personal stories of students who have benefited from the program.

The video highlights how ICW’s personal training workforce development program has impacted its students. ICW has not only provided them with access to new opportunities but also helped create economic mobility and stability. ICW’s unique approach to personal training is designed to create a community of support and trust between their students and gym members.

This project with ICW is a reminder of the power of personal connection and support. We hope it inspires others to get involved. Please check out the video above and visit www.innercityweightlifting.org to learn more.
