On this episode of #IHAQ, we welcomed Courtney Obecny, Director of Marketing from Spire Health. Spire is a remote patient monitoring service that identifies changes in patient health and helps medical professionals intervene earlier.

We asked Courtney how video helps explain a product.

Spire Health makes a remote patient monitoring product with many different components. Trying to explain that to people without visuals is complicated and leads to more questions than answers.

Being able to quickly and easily show how the product works and the benefits for the user is so much easier to do with video.

In Wyzowl’s 2022 Video Marketing report, when asked how they’d most like to learn about a product or service, 73% said they’d prefer to watch a short video.

This number has grown every year as a younger generation enters the workforce.
