On this episode of #IHAQ, we talked with Sidney Baptista about the lessons he has learned about starting his apparel business, PYNRS from scratch.

Sidney spoke from experience about the importance of not only having a short term plan to get your business up and running, but also to plan for the long term.

He put a long term plan in place when creating his first business which ultimately didn’t pan out and ended up being a sunk cost. He didn’t plan to scale up when getting his second business off the ground and when his company exploded, he wasn’t prepared and missed out on some opportunities.

Building a business is a learning experience and you’re constantly adapting and evaluating, so thank you Sidney for sharing some of the lessons learned during your path as a startup owner. You can hear more from Sidney on his podcast, Fitness in Color.
