On this week’s episode of #IHAQ, we asked Craig Bass about what type of content he finds most valuable in social media ads.

The specific type of content obviously depends on what product you are selling, but one thing successful social media ads all have in common is that they grab the consumer’s attention right off the bat.

Understand your demographic, find what interests them, what they can relate to, and put that eye catching content right at the beginning of the ad. If your video can successfully grab their attention, they are much more likely to watch the entire ad and take a closer look at your product or services.

With our shortening attention spans, especially while browsing social media, video is so necessary to be able to stand out and capture the audience you are looking for.
