We teamed with our friends from the Boston Public Health Commission to help them create a series of training videos. These videos focus on the topic of asthma prevention in the home.
We spent a day capturing three separate role-playing scenarios between a BPHC community health worker and their client. The training videos touch on three topics, housekeeping, smoking, and chemical cleaners.
We edited together each role-playing scenario and added helpful graphics to highlight tips and specific elements of the training.
These videos will be used by the Boston Public Health Commission to teach their community health workers on how to successfully approach these topics with their clients.
Each year, more and more people prefer to learn visually. Training videos are an awesome resource to get employees up to speed and something that can live on and be re-used in your organization for years to come.
