We teamed up with City Point Partners again to create a recruiting video for their careers page on their website. City Point Partners is a woman-owned construction services firm serving the engineering and construction industries with experience in a broad range of projects.
We used interviews and b-roll from our previous shoots with City Point Partners to create this recruiting video for their website. We transformed what you would usually see in text in job descriptions into a 60-second video highlighting their culture and employee development. This video will give potential applicants a chance to quickly see the benefits of working at City Point Partners as they are scrolling job listings.
As companies find it more challenging to attract the right talent, we’ve seen an increase in recruiting videos over the past year. Recruiting videos are underused.
